The Calendar. These calendars are on the wall directly behind my desk. When you work in the "event" industry, you live by these things. I update my calendars as events are booked. I also update them monthly. I got a little ahead of myself on Sunday, because, as you can see by the calendar, I am on vacation for the week. Yeah for me!
